Wanted: Management Trainees at a growing and expanding group of companies for fast track promotions

We are a group of companies with 5 branches all over the country and engaged in finance and other related businesses.  We are expanding and urgently need talents and dedicated individuals who will share our vision for growth

Our company is in urgent search of management trainees.   Fresh grads and those with previous work experience

1.  Fresh graduates, top 10% of the graduating class.  (Thus we need the recommendation, certification from the registrar that the applicant belongs to the 10% of the graduating class.


     Or equivalent:   meaningful work experience for at least 3 years

        We need four (4) at the branches,  2 at main office (finance and  marketing)

       2.  Member of organization in school

       3.   Has leadership qualities;  a no limit, can do person

       3.  Broad minded and trainable

       4.  Flexible

       5.  Passionate and ambitious

       6.  Adventurous;  willing to be reassigned anywhere in the Philippines

How:

Advantages, benefits:


      1.  Salary shall be entry level but with  ADDITIONAL P3,000 training allowance monthly.

            They will be given practical and written exam,. passing grade is 90.  

            The management trainee is on  fast track;   he will be given a supervisory or managerial position, with a salary commensurate to the position, if he she passes the written and practical exams, tests.


      2.  They will be rotated at various positions:

             1. field operations maintenance and landscaping

             2.  customer service  interment
             3.  finance accounting 

             4.  3ffb experience   hr, sales admin,  pouching training

            An on the job training program will be prepared which will be prepared which will intensively give the MT theoretical and practical knowledge about the business and its operations

     3. After six months, the trainee shall be assigned to a supervisory position, either as full supervisor, or assistant, and his salary accelerated to such level, with out going through the R levels. (or dropped from the rolls)

    4.  The candidate shall be judged on the following:

         1.  Outputs

         2.  Attitude

         3.  Capacity for hard work, (can he work under pressure?)
