for the following jobs:
      sales and marketing, customer service (interment), accounting (controllership), field operations, equipment operations and maintenance

1.  Fresh graduates, top 10% of the graduating class.  (Thus we need the recommendation, certification from the registrar that the applicant belongs to the 10% of the graduating class.
