Any alternative to a computerized accounting system vs expensive CAS?

Some officers have envisioned to go by way of CAS (Computerized Accounting System) which will set us back by millions. Right now, our courting of All Cards reward system has been a disaster. They require a server, and IP address and OS which are setting back our schedule by months, and our budget by  hundreds of thousand.

We have been informed that a memorial park company that bought a software with the following functionality:    reminder on arrears, inventory system, abstract (it cost them PHP 2.5 million) reverted back to xls system, manual after bugs infected the system and there was no one from the developer to remedy the situation

We have been informed that SAP aside from millions from initial cost, require highly trained and highly paid professional Now we do not have that budget nor the propensity to fritter away our  hard earned money considering that we are even losing on 36,000 plots.

Any solution any one?

Wanted Accounting Professional to Outsource our Accounting Works

Wanted: Accounting Professional for Outsourcing accounting jobs.

We are looking for an Accounting Professional preferably a CPA currently doing the same kind of job for other companies to outsource our accounting works The job will cover:   training,  coordinating with our staff, enforcement of our chart of accounts, designing templates to ease their jobs, and compiling their trial balance, CDB and CRB to come out with up  to date monthly IS and Cash Flow statement

We currently have accounting assistants who can supply the CRB CDB, ICR schedules FFE and bank balances.

Qualifications:

      1.  Good leadership qualities
      2.  Knowledge of BIR rulings essential
      3.  Good mastery of Excel;  basic accounting software:   quickbooks, etc, or even proforma
           statement
      4.  Preferably CPA or was in the same capacity as Controller or Chief Accountant
