We need the following staff:
1. Sales Administration Assistant
To achieve agreed sales targets.
To recruit and train, sales consultants in accordance with the regulations of Insurance commissioner.
To motivate sales consultants, via sales meeting, circulars, emails.
To administer the commission policy, and incentives.
To maintain records of sales consultants, buyers and that of general agencies.
May be eventually promoted to sales coordinator, sales manager, National Sales Administrator
2. Family Grief Counsellor - he/she will run the call center and render the guaranteed memorial service to the plan holder. Will also make sure that the preferred customer service is administered well: obits, tributes, memorial display, memory board. He/she will assure complete customer satisfaction
3. Accounting Assistant- To record transactions for
insurance, TF, VAT, sales, amount, sales per sales executives, and make corresponding remittances/payment
4. Records assistant - To check PPA (docs) record the database of customers, establish CRM, and have these approved by the officers; to archive docs, issue ids for the customers,
