For Majorem Lending:

1.  Loan Assistant

    To take charge of our lending operations to customers of Holy Gardens memorial park, our commercial loans to local residents, Will also be responsible for relationship with borrowers, remedial action in case of default   Working knowledge of the lending operations is a must.  Must know the Cs of credit, the loan interview, processing, approval, documentation and approval

2. Accounting Assistant  (Loans)

3.  Loan Assistant (Funds)

4.  Investment  Analyst and Treasury Assistant

     Will determine the best mix of investments :  bank deposits, deposit substitutes, government securities and more.  Will handle bank transactions, and monitoring bank balances and transactions nation wide.

Majorem Lending is a part of a group engaged in Memorial Services. We are the lending arm of the group.  We give instant loans up to 50% of the lot buyers for the emergency instant need of our customers and buyers.  We promise to release the loan within 7 days of approval.   Our total assets in is the high 8 digits.  We are big and stable company, and the lending operations is to be run by lean and mean personnel

Applicants must be above average intelligence, hard working, needs minimum supervision, are self starter, good in written and oral communications, and must be passionate in whatever they do. We prefer individuals who are mature and want to be better. Previous job experience is preferred but not necessary.

1  Sales Administration Officer  for Destiny Life  Plans

 Must be knowledgeable in all facets of sales and marketing:

      1.  Planning marketing and sales campaign -  knowledge of preparing a marketing plan, sales program, promotion, (ads)  must be able to look at business from an entrepreneur, businessman point of view

     2.  Knowledge of ads, tarps, t shirts and ads lay out, art work and content

     3.  Recruitment, training, motivating sellers,


2  SBU Chief Marketing Officers  -  urgently needed

to help us manage the Single Business Units, keep the memorial parks clean, reach the sales target, recruit the sellers, lead them to reach the target, help us manage quality, reporting and record keeping
