We need:


1  Sales Administration Officer  for Destiny Life  Plans

 Must be knowledgeable in all facets of sales and marketing:

      1.  Planning marketing and sales campaign -  knowledge of preparing a marketing plan, sales program, promotion, (ads)  must be able to look at business from an entrepreneur, businessman point of view

     2.  Knowledge of ads, tarps, t shirts and ads lay out, art work and content

     3.  Recruitment, training, motivating sellers,


2  SBU Chief Marketing Officers  -  urgently needed

to help us manage the Single Business Units, keep the memorial parks clean, reach the sales target, recruit the sellers, lead them to reach the target, help us manage quality, reporting and record keeping
We need honest to goodness, mature officers who care reliable and trustworthy

What do we offer?


 1.  Competitive salary and benefits

      Salary range:

      NCR/Region 4

      Entry  Assistant Level  -   P9,500 to P16,000

      Supervisory Level   -        P17,000 to P26,000

     Managerial Level               P27,000 to P46,000

     Provincial scale (only P1,000 less )

The above excludes the following allowances:

     Meal

    Grocery

    Electricity

    Rice

   Health insurance for qualified individuals

   These allowances when fully availed by an employee who is one year with the company and 3rd level would be P117.00 additional per day or P3,042/month or  P36,504 per annum exceeding the de minimis limit

   Competitive salaries:

    Our salaries  are much higher especially for the province

    Minimum for provincial hiring  -  P260.00 per day,   =  P6,760/ per month

    Our rate                                           326.00                       8,500 per month

     Our advantage                             66.00 per day           1,716 per month
