We need:


1  Sales Administration Officer  for Destiny Life  Plans

 Must be knowledgeable in all facets of sales and marketing:

      1.  Planning marketing and sales campaign -  knowledge of preparing a marketing plan, sales program, promotion, (ads)  must be able to look at business from an entrepreneur, businessman point of view

     2.  Knowledge of ads, tarps, t shirts and ads lay out, art work and content

     3.  Recruitment, training, motivating sellers,


2  SBU Chief Marketing Officers  -  urgently needed

to help us manage the Single Business Units, keep the memorial parks clean, reach the sales target, recruit the sellers, lead them to reach the target, help us manage quality, reporting and record keeping
We need honest to goodness, mature officers who care reliable and trustworthy

POSITIONS TO BE FILLED UP:    Calamba, Calapan, and San Fernando La Union




3.  Accounting Supervisor

   To help us manage our accounting and financial records; to supervise our ap, ar, treasury and to help us comply with govt regulatory bodies,

   To manage our daily weekly, monthly and weekly reports, and to help us manage and observe our internal control policies


For the two positions the candidate must be:

     1.  Previous supervisory jobs

     2.  Must be willing to travel and willing to work long hours;  the CMO must be willing to accept provincial assignments

     3.  Must be hardworking, dedicated, loyal and passionate in whatever he does

    4.  Therefore must be resourceful, (and not resource based) must have initiative a self starter and high level of energy, must be physically fit and loves to be healthy

    5.  Preferably with previous managerial skills and leadership;  must be self confident and must not have issues with family and office environment.    Must be resourceful and self starter.   Must be a team player and must know how to accept and obey policies of new employer

We are a professionally run organization that has been in existence for 34 years (Feb 1 is our anniversary founding date)  We were engaged in subdivision development and eventually branched our into selling memorial products and services (plots, services, and funeral services)

In terms of service and innovation, our group is tops and we have been benchmarked all over.  The balloons, the tarps announcement, the motifs were all originated by us .
